well , the hype is unstoppable Soapbox Founder is already whining

I spend a LOT of time developing this program. I have developers that work along side me
that work just as hard to provide a product that really nobody else is able to maintain.
When people try to steal it, and publish it for free it directly impacts my business.
My product is heavily customer support based. So when there is a cracked version of my product
I end up providing support, which is MY TIME and my developers time, to people who never paid for it.
I do a LOT for my customers and the botting community and have always gone out of my way to
provide a product worthy of the price. I understand some people can not afford it, but that
does not make it okay to directly negatively impact my business. If you like soapbox rotations,
then know that by cracking it and releasing it you are contributing to the destruction of what
you like so much.
Please do me a favor and just leave my product alone. I spend my life on this work, don't make it harder for me..

-If his product ain't secure enough he should UP the security instead of weeping.

Blizzard could say the same thing about Soapbox..? They've spend years developing a good product which 1000's of people with their 3rd party programs, making money off of it, damaging blizzards economy and ruining the game itself.

-Though, i see his problem. But If you release a "bot, hack or cheat", especially to a huge demand game like wow, don't cry when your product get's hacked or cracked.

 

However, that is just my thoughts for a penny..
(edit: this could also prove you guys are onto something with the work your doing on SBR).

i dont think that a crack with a low user base would affect his sales . those who will use the crack would not have bought it legally anyways and he have not to give any support on it either

I honestly believe it will, yes. They're saying that they're not unlocking any LUA or injecting anything into the WoW process, which means it will be VIRTUALLY undetectable forever. Of course, it won't apply on a purposely reports if it's too obviously that you're using a CR.

I also forgot to say that it'll be PvP oriented as well, so, more feature-rich than SBR.

THIS! Soapbox is shit and has weak protection, you can see this on the recent bans too. I look forward to Legionbuddy I hope that it's really "virtually undetectable" like they say. Even if I cannot imagine that this is possible
