Zygor cracked, auction scan not working?

I have read that the addon gets data from the zygor cloud.. Iam scanning now for 1h the auction house but it is not finishing. What could be the problem?

Because you don't have the required historical data from the cloud? You need the Zygor client and an active subscription in order to get it.
