Troubleshooting Steps
• If something went wrong, try running the installer again by typing /aui install
• If it still isn’t working correctly, try dragging your WTF folder out from the \World of Warcraft_retail_\ folder, and relaunching the game and re-doing the installer steps. Be sure to check your graphics settings if you remove your WTF folder! This is a common reason for why you may lag after installing.
• For alts, you will get another one-time prompt that says “AUI Profile Loader”. Run through this prompt to properly load all of the addon profiles on your alt. This process will not reinstall anything! If you don’t get the prompt, you can type /aui load to force it.
