I don't think so, these accounts/keys only work with Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries. -which means u needa set ur residence there.

But you WILL gain ACCESS to the EU servers and the accounts and Gametime are cheaper.

Blizz might be able to change it though, not sure how we'd make them do it?
