Sharpmessenger Plugin doesn't works

The monitoring plugin called Sharp Messenger, doesn't seem to work.

It says nothing in the logs but i think it simply doesn't comes through to connect to gmail

I tried everything to fix it, even uninstalled Antivirus.

And also i followed everything in the user guide, even rechecked it sometimes to make sure.

 

I would be really happy if someone could solve this problem

Ok i found a fix myself  

Posting this to help others with the same problem

That is because a DNS error you have to set in the plugin settings "Auto Resolve" to False and enter  xmpp.l.google.com

 

Then it should connect
