Could you try using a different browser or clearing your cache/cookies and try again?

this seems to happen to a few people from time to time, and im fairly sure its not an issue on our side as your account is assigned a key..

I've noticed when I use plugins that mess with flash it.. complicates things..

I'd say try IE for diagnostic sake..
