So, with the removal of the 4€ battlechest link, what is now the cheapest way to get battlechests? need it for my bots, so i need quite a few, so i'm dependent on a very low price.

Just tested that with an old starter account I never upgraded.  It gives you the 50% discount, so $10 to upgrade to Battle Chest.

Create s starter account, log in, create character, log out.....log back in to get (usually) 50% off "deal" to upgrade for $10.
