Here are the memory address values of some functions in Metal Gear: Solid 5. Use the Cheat Engine and good advantage.

 

Infinite Ammo functions (for both rifle and sniper)

Resources for development.

Money.

 

Enjoy.

 

@edit: It works only in cracked version.
