Honorbuddy doenst start will CDPatcher is running

Issue: Honorbuddy cant start if cdpatcher is running. Without cdpatcher i can run it

I Used "Ccleaner" to repair my registry after i deleded hb and cdpatcher.

Try to do a fresh install of hb and all other products of this bot.
