Public Working. Yes or no? simple question, so hard to find the answer

I've seen countless people say "woohoo, its available for public users now".

I've also seen countless people say it is not yet, and has not been working for them.

 

 

I am a public user and it is not working for me. So this post is me trying to get clarification on weather or not it is available for public users or not at the moment, because of all the mixed threads and reply's that i have been reading.

 

Can anyone clarify weather or not it is ONLY VIP that the client is working for, or if in fact public users also have access now. If public users do have access now, then there must be something i am doing wrong because i still have mine saying that i am running an older version of HB or this is not available for public use yet. if anybody could please help with some clarification and no BS, or annoying people who are telling lies just to stir up commotion(this is just immature and agitating), that would be very much appreciated.

Reinstalled everything / even tried a fresh account with new key

 

 

NOT WORKING  Why? I have no idea if they're just holding back on purpose or what. It's been working for VIP for hours.

ofcourse they are holding back, because they want us to donate, and become "VIP". 

 

Which in my eyes is completely fair, they work hard to give us something great, But they hold off the public use so more people will donate to become VIP, so they can be more fairly compensated for their hard work,  Fair is Fair.

 

I will just have to wait, like the trust of us.

 

BUT

 

those trolls, should be banned from this forum/website...
