I did this but am still getting the same error. Also everytime I run the .exe it says the .net is installed but both the visual c++ are not installed? This is even after the program itself installed both visual c++ programs. So when I went to make sure the .exe was installing them correct in my Control Panel Items\Programs and Features All is see is Microsoft visual c++ 2015 x86 but I don't see the other two.

how exactly do I download this stuff? When I installed Hearthbuddy it said it was installing .net but is there more to download?
