you could make the file before u send it to blizz techs u edit out all the hb stuff as I had to do at one point.

don't use the plugin just make sure its clicked instead use the profiles under buddystore should fix the issue.

Also delete your Settings folder or remove it from the main folder of Hb had that issue many times or mybe check plugins befoe u hit start see if u have anything that might shut it down hint mybe LogMeOut is setup to shut down at a surten lvl if u use LogmeOut.

a lot of Cdstore items where removed as there Auth server was moved an prob out of date also but there are a lot of Req on the Cdstore Req forum page.The Store item your looking for might need a new Req if at all it still is working in the buddystore as suspense stated above.

Cava's is a plugin P an for Support your best bet is to go to main Hb forum under cava's plugin to get your issue resolved.or go int the folder an double click cavaplugin_fix so it can repair the files in the folders the mybe it might work if not try a fresh install of Hb then reinstall cava's plugin so on.

ive reinstalled hb 4 diff times 3 with zip an 1 with installer getting rdy to wipe sytem anyways will get it resolved afterwords ty for the replay
