I'm concerned

Good morning everyone. Quick question that I would love to get a straight answer for:

Is HB not authenticating because of the detection? I play on Warmane and no matter what I try HB will not auth. Do I need to enable VPN or something? When I open HB it takes ~30 seconds to pop up, then when I click login it says unable to reach the authentication server. Is this an issue with me, or an issue with your auth servers? Please, someone, give me a straight answer because this is not written anywhere on your site, not on the announcement board, not on discord, nothing. Please communicate with us so we know what's going on. The bot works great, your product is great, but your communication sucks.

Everything was working fine up until about 3 weeks ago. I have scoured the discord server and your website and nothing can be found stating that your AUTH servers are offlinne. I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass, I'm just wanting a basic answer to a basic question so I can stop troubleshooting and move on.
