Looks like you got stuck.

 

Stuck trying to talk to Shelly Hamby and it tried to hearth, but couldn't (Pretty sure)

 

It may have been one of those Brewfest objects, my bot has been getting stuck on them, not to the point of it stopping though.

Not sure, did you check ingame if you're character was stuck? If so, on what and where?
