Hi, i guess.   So im sure people might have noticed me not being super active lately, and a new moderator Phorus has entered the site, Phorus is one of the "usually" behind the scenes staff members thats making an appearance in these current times.   Please login or register to see this link. i recieved 100 some pages of crap(poor nature) from Bossland gmbh which turns out to be a lawsuit submitted at the national court of leipzig, for copyright infringement. I did not want to publicly talk about this until i had the case reviewed by a lawyer and looked at the possible options at this point.  I personally find it hard to believe that this lawsuit that Bossland submitted is legal and truthful, the whole premise of court is to be truthful, and these papers are absolutely bursting with lies and misinformation. The whole case submitted by Bossland gmbh rests in the idea that i created cdpatcher and that i own codedeception.com, and that cdpatcher was commercialised. I can tell you all that all 3 of these are utterly false, and the latter one wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out.   Bosslands case in a few bulletpoints;   Suspense owns codedeception.com Suspense created cdpatcher CDPatcher is ONLY available at codedeception.com if you donate(thus cdpatcher is being sold) Considering bullet point 3, Bossland logically calculates all donations to be a sale of cdpatcher and thus a "monetary damage" All red bulletpoints signifies complete lies/or misinterpretations. I think it is very obvious that cdpatcher is free and not being sold, and  that theres more content on this website then cdpatcher. Doing what Bossland did, which is crawl the "recent donations" page for 122 days to calculate the average daily donation in order to then extend that between the years of 2012 and 2015 and include ALL those donations in his lawsuit as "damage due to sale of cdpatcher" is absolutely ludicrious, i mean i barely even have words to explain the disappointment of that being provided as basis proof of monetary damage.   Of course, simply stating that "CDPatcher" is being sold is most likely insufficient proof, in which case they were kind enough to supply a screenshot from 2012 of a post that was put together by High6 and Backbone regarding "Packages" that would seem as if the then patcher(which wasnt cdpatcher) was being sold, but of course this was never actually implemented, and never actually happened, i find it hard to believe Bossland does not know this, and if he does, then this submission of proof is a bold lie.   So whats gonna happen?   Well, i don't really know. I honestly don't own this domain, and i honestly did not code cdpatcher. A defense from me will be submitted to the court of leipzig to argue this case, because this to me appears to be a severe case of bullying. Maybe ill get through it, maybe i wont, whether i do or not will have minor effect on codedeception or cdpatcher, as i own none of them, if the devs want it to live, it will live, with me around or not. Unfortunately things like this takes time, so information from this point on will be scarce, but of course, this will have no effect on the websites current operational health as i am not responsible for this.    I wish you all a great friday and weekend, i know i'll have one
