Hi, Have you try to turn out your AV ?

Make sure you've run WoW in 32b and disabled your AV/Firewall. If it doesn't work make a new install on a new folder and put auto-admin setting on Honorbuddy.exe (Right clic > Proprieties > Compatibility > run as admin > apply + close) After this reboot your computer and try.

Hi, You've run HB as admin ?

Honorbuddy > Settings & Tools > Log Level "None". Log Level "normal" or more = useless lost of CPU perf = useless lost of FPS. If u use LazyRaider or Tyrael you can down the SoftLock too, at ~20 Ticks per Second for down the lost of FPS. Or buy 2x Gigabyte R9 270X (4go) and gg.
