is there anyway to stop the ledngry ring from casting every cooldown? ive been threw all the settings and cant seem to find it

i odnt know whats going on i cant attach log casue there is none, firewall is off and there is no antivirus running, CD patcher is open with public auth selceted and i open HB and it instantly fails auth and closes with the option for my to put in a key or anything. im sure its a simple thing im overlooking but im baffled never had this problem before so if someone could help out that would be great thanks

i have been running the cdpatcher and HB now for a while and today it crashed and now it wont start up again, i have tried deleteing it and redownloading it also im not running a AV and nothing else has changed on my computer any idea's on how to fix this?
