restarted Arelog, now works fine. maybe its arelog or hbrelog issue, also delete settings it can help

i blaming on cdpatcher because such problems was on 2 different computers and systems at the same time on windows 7 with av and on windows 8.1 without any av, after some time, this problem stops,systems configs are the same. if its not cd patcher issue and not system issue, maybe its my internet connection issue
