Botting in Diablo 2 Resurrected has been never ending, you can use a free d2r bot but this will take 4x as long to do what can be done with this Take Over Bot. I am sure it will be taking over the market as they have some interesting development now with the Config Editor interface.

Running multiple sessions with 1 Key on the same PC is not as hard as it seems, i am sure it may be patched soon but it is as simple as the following:

before running bot1, you run cmd command

setx TMP "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\1"

now you do same thing for bot2, folder

setx TMP "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\2"

bad thing is, no manager, so if you crash or something like that it can be a real hassle to get back up and running. So best to wait for the multi session controller.
