my thoughts on that: 1. protection of honorbuddy auth has been improved greatly and is now harder to crack I can see from my proxifier log that the amount of data sent/received to buddyauth server has increased like 4 times at least. Also it is contacted more frequently than before Hence the the statement of PsychosyX: " This means we are forced to build a whole new CDAuth system." 2. in the next days/weeks bossland will release HB Version 3. AFAIK One of the big changes will be navigaton: this will be server side! The CD team has to provide A LOT of server power to emulate that, otherwise they have to include mesh database and emulation into cdauth to compute navigation on your pc. This change might also be the reason bossland dropped lifetime licenses as the needed server power cost them every month a lot of money 3. The lack of information from cd owners MIGHT also be tactics against bossland. The more information of cracking status is given the more likely are "counter attacks" by bossland to fight cracking. 4. if people can't "live" without botting: do not wait for cdauth - go grab a bossland key for a month

Please remember, for a few dollars a month you get *unlimited* honorbuddy/demonbuddy keys and all important stuff from buddystore... the latter worth like 100$-200$ if you use some paid CCs, botbases / profiles. So if you use only 1 bot at a time and just use "free" profiles - then yes, you can get away cheaper with a legal Honorbuddy Key. (but remember: once the June Goal is reached - CD is free to use for everyone !)

Please do not reduce all the services and features CD offers to a pure hosting hardware service. I do not have any insight in running the "CD" homepage. Let alone the media services (plex / emby) but from my common sence only just to run the ***buddy part of CD you need: - a solid webserver/hosting - some distributed solid root servers on more then one hoster to provide cdpatcher authentication including backup - "commercial" DDOS protection for CDStore/Auth and homepage - Time & passion (& drugs? ) to reverse-engineer new versions of honorbuddy / hearthbuddy / demonbuddy to adapt to new/changed authorization - Time & passion to reverse-engineer / crack contents of buddystore botbases & plugins (some of them have their own authentication!) - Time to "crawl" and collect desired buddy store contents to provide cd-store - Time to operarte and moderate CD Homepage - Time to help people on the forums that have problems running/installing cdpatcher and last but not least - Money to defend against legal attacks by Bossland! Surely that is not all... So if you think 500$ per month to commodate all that and plex/elby is too greedy, just use an official Honorbuddy key - it is just 27$ per year per bot. -- morrvin

First: I fully understand the steps taken to "enforce" the willingness to donate But: The lack of donation in respond to the mentioned thread is not only because only few people take the need of donations seriously, it is also lack of information/knowledge about it. I am visiting the CD Forums not regulary - sometimes only once a week or even less. So I first knew about that existence of the urgent donation needs the moment cdpatcher wasn't working and I checked the forums to see what's happening! So my advise: please add some Hint/Popup Feature to cdpatcher.exe to inform/guide users to visit forums if important information is present! and btw: thank you and your team for all the hard work that made CDpatcher/CDstore possible all that years! -- marrvin

You are starting a quest profile for mount hijal in Pandaria with a toon that cannot fly in Pandaria! Thats the reason for "Toon doesn't have flying capability in this area, and there is no ground path to the destination."

For the Jade Forest quest "In Search of Wisdom" I found this comment on wowhead: So...just fly with your toon to Dawns Blossom and pickup the next quests by hand. That should fix it. if not: search for quest 29922 in Kicks quest profile and delete it. -- morrvin

The quests for Jade Forest actually starts in the factions captials. Hearth to Orgrimmar/Stormwind and start the profile again.

Yes in deed, but you need to own the right pets at level 25 to make it work. Any profile marked "red" in your screenshot is missing some prerequisites. if you click on the litte arrows to unfold a profile it will show the name of the pet that is missing. That botbase can only do jobs marked with a green rectangle. -- morrvin

The Botbase on CDstore was updated recently and is working. Please google "Pokelevel botbase" and follow the topmost link. Pokelevel was the old name of this botbase - this archived forum thread gives some more information on how to get it running. From your screenshot I can see that you did not even done the garrison menagerie prequest and that you are lacking a lot of essential Level 25 battle pets. -- marrvin
