You're looking for a download-and-run server?

Sorry even if I had one I wouldn't share it.

Go to OTland or Vapus and find a stable distro then just search some for the realmap.

Though I bet you won't find a realmap for such a new version as 9.8

If you're the one whos going to be the owner of the server then put some effort into making it good, maybe i'll start playing some aside from RL tibia

Yeah I don't think you're gonna find a bug-free RL map. I used to have a server back in 8.54 and what I did was get a map with all the classic cities and then add Svargrond and whatever that other new city is called (Yalahar?) manually.

There's no RL map updated for 9.81 yet.. But you could start with an older map and then go updating it little by little.. or something
