Pirox 3.3.5a (adding sleep to profiles)

can anyone assist me in adding a sleep period (1 minute or however long bgs take to start) to the beginning of a few bg profiles that came with my cracked pirox (wow-hacky, version someone posted here)

Im aware of the function ( its "z=SleepIt(####)" isnt it?)

, just confused by the sleep values and what they equal, so any tips would be helpful 

need to fix these bc pirox doesnt detect matchstart and keeps trying to walk past barrier, then goes into antiafk mode and just sits there for the whole bg, i feel like adding a sleep timer to circumvent the missed detection of [matchstart] would be a decent fix.

the value is in ms

so z=SleepIt(1000) is 1 second

z=SleepIt(60000) would be 1 minute
